Woo Hoo!!

Cassi and I got back tonight at about 9:45 she was riding in the truck and the tractor with me today and we were petting Molly our black lab and all the sudden I had a big yellow dog squeeze up between me and Cassi. Trigger is back!!!... and officially grounded. There will be no more galavanting around the neighborhood. Either way I got his and Molly's new collars with the current address and phone number so at least if it happens again we will have comfort knowing that someone could get ahold of us. So that close call has been averted. Thank you for your prayers and good thoughts of getting him back.

Also thanks to Jason Newman for spearheading the raffle in Elli's honor, and also all those who helped with selling the tickets and to all those who bought the tickets. It has all been overwhelming the support Cassi and I have recieved through this trying time.

Yay, for you guys!!!

I'm so glad Trigger made it back. Somehow I think they always know their way home to the ones that love 'em.

I am so happy he's back! It's amazing how fond you can get of them.

Not long after we adopted our two cats from a shelter in KC that rescues them from homes where they are being abused, Bella managed to sneak out.

We were horrified and searched the entire neighborhood where we live. It was such a relief when she showed up at our door, whining to get back in and be fed. :)

I'm glad that he's done "adventuring" for now.

Love you!

So glad to hear Trigger has returned home safely. He certainly knew where he belongs, back in your arms. I don't know what we'd do if Maggie ever went missing. She is a huge part of our family. Anyways, I bet you are glad, that's one less thing on your mind. Nice to hear all is well.

Love,

Oh, I am so happy Trigger is home. We forgot to change the dogs tags when we moved here and the utility company left the gate open. I was frantic. They both turned up several hours later at the Humane Society.

I bet he is happy to be home and would have much to share if he could talk.

Yeah.......I'm really happy you found Trigger. I think he would be answering a lot of questions and be grounded as well! LOL

Cassie, how did your first day in ICU go? Hopefully you had a good day!

Brian & Cassi,
That is good news. I was almost expecting to see him down this way.
Boys will be boys...I know girls will be girls too. We're very glad he's home. For some reason we could not get internet service last night but have it today. Jason Newman also helped with making money buying from the bake sale at St.Francis for Marilyn's family. That was very successful and THANKS to all who baked and bought! It will definitely get them some rent paid at the Ronald McDonald Apts in St. Louis.
I miss you guys. It was very chilly at Aaron's game yesterday. What a good way to end the season though.
I love you all 3!

SO glad Trigger is back! I know that gut wrenching feeling of thinking they could be gone forever.... Our dogs managed to get out last night while we were visiting my sister. They had them a good ole' time in the woods but came home like good little girls. And they too are grounded.....

Love ya girl....

YAY!!! I am sure Trigger is as happy to be back as you guys are to have him back...even though he is grounded : ).

So Cassi, how did your first day in the ICU go??? I hope it went well for you. I am sure it is nice (in a way) to get back to work. Well, as always...thinking of you all.

Hey Cassi & Brian ~ YES! Trigger's back! Thank God for answered prayers. So happy he found his way home after almost a week. Naughty little guy! I'm sure he doesn't mind being grounded for awhile after being gone for so long. So much for Cassi's country song! Next you'll sell your other home, still praying for that for you.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know how happy I am that Trigger has returned. Things are looking up.

Hope Cassi's first official shift in ICU went well, I'm sure the patients were thankful to have someone so sweet and compassionate to take care of them.

May you be blessed with Angel Kisses everyday from your precious little Angel Elli.

Love you,
MaryBeth

I am so happy Trigger returned. I figured he was just out checking out his neighborhood, but with all the rain was concerned he might not have an easy time finding his scent (should have known he was a better hunter/tracker than that shame on me).

How was Cassi's first night in ICU?
I bet she was exhausted! When she's more rested she can now write a boot-stompn' country song (My dog came back, the wanderin' mutt. I kissed his face then grounded his butt..Wahoo!)

I hope the farming is going well. Hang in there. We love you all.
